Detection Accuracy of Colorimetric Water Quality Analyzer

Abstract The accuracy of the titration device for colorimetric water quality analysis is key to its detection accuracy. In order solve problem excessive traditional Chinese medicine in method, a structure optimization scheme micro-peristaltic pump applied analyzer was designed. By analyzing phenomenon periodic backflow and “creep” tube when peristaltic working, changed from circular section an elliptical section; eccentricity adjusted improve pressure characteristics reduce effect “creep”; Ansys used solid-fluid coupling simulation compared with experimental results, reasons differences are analyzed. experiment proves that design can stability output flow original design, degree reflux also reduced 20.72%, which meets need improving analyzer.
